FluxAI is the data controller for personal data collected through fluxai.dk and related services.
1. What we collect
When you use our contact form, book a session, or engage our services, we may collect: name, email address, company name, and information you provide about your AI systems.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, deliver consulting services, send invoices, and comply with legal obligations including Danish bookkeeping requirements.
3. Legal basis
GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. GDPR Article 6(1)(c) — legal obligation for bookkeeping.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. We store two functional items on your device: a "lang" cookie that remembers your preferred language, and a "theme" preference in local storage for light or dark mode. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Third parties
We use the following service providers to operate the site and deliver our services: Vercel (hosting), Mandaa (email), and Plausible (analytics). Payment is made either by card through Stripe or by bank transfer to Nordea against an invoice. Some of these providers are located outside the EU/EEA; where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. AI tools
When AI tools are used as part of service delivery, Gateway Scrubber is applied to remove personal data from prompts before they reach any AI model. Enterprise API plans are used exclusively to ensure data is not used for model training.
7. Retention
Contact form submissions are deleted after 12 months unless a business relationship is established. Client data related to engagements is deleted within 30 days of delivery unless legal retention requirements apply.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Contact info@fluxai.dk to exercise your rights.
